A bouillon cube, stock cube, or broth cube is dehydrated bouillon (French for broth) or stock formed into a small cube about 15 mm wide. It is typically made from dehydrated vegetables, meat stock, a small portion of fat, salt and seasonings, shaped into a small cube. Vegetarian and vegan types are also made. This print was originally a cardboard standup for stores to advertise a French brand of bouillon cubes. There is a border around the image. The image size is correct. Many sizes available.
